Midweek sessions are held outdoors on 3G astro turf
Saturday sessions are held on grass field

What to wear
- Rubber studded football boots or astro-turf trainers (no metal/screw in studs)
- Shin pads
- Football training kit (Strike Academy training kit preferred)
- Suitable clothing depending on the weather
- Don't forget to bring a drink!
